Flyers are made to promote events and COA performers are scheduled. The audience gets to enjoy LIVE MUSIC by talented performers.
At all outreaches, there are announcements about all that COA offers the
community and a poster board is set up with flyers of free activities/educational programs provided for teens by COA and Non-Profits that COA teams up with.

COA Music Outreach Coordinator
Joanie, a native of California, had a successful sales and marketing career for many decades. She’s volunteered for many organizations using her skills set -including event planning/promotion & leading /coordinating volunteers to accomplish certain tasks. Joanie saw the positive impact that the COA Music program made in her son, Corey. (youtube.com/user/coreyangeli/) Joanie got involved with COA and she joined the COA board as Secretary. Her commitment strengthened and she created the COA Music Outreach Program. Over the past 4 + years she has scheduled COA performers/bands to provide “live music” at over 60 community events, primarily in San Clemente, but also in 8 other Orange County cities. Also, she has lined up performers for COA events. The COA Music Outreach
Program has grown significantly under Joanie’s leadership and in the past year, due to Covid 19, she’s lined up performers for many Friday evening- Instagram Lives, as well as performers for Community Non-Profit groups for Zoom and Instagram events.
With a diverse background in entertainment, fashion and beauty, Heather Linberg, has been sharing her passion for creative solution strategy in business through marketing, sales, and education for 20 + years. As a leading industry expert, she understands the importance of brand consistency affirming recognition and longevity in the marketplace. Her extensive knowledge of influencer campaigning, business development, and personal branding makes her an invaluable resource to an impressive list.
Over the years, Heather’s professional portfolio has amassed connecting some of entertainment’s most influential A-listers with established brands through various curated partnerships and key launches to drive dynamic visibility.
As a creative-agent, her daily calendar is filled with educating and coaching small businesses on how to attain, streamline and authenticate growth with big-business marketing success; minus the big cost! The foundation of Linberg’s day-to-day life is grounded in the primary purpose of being of service. She is a philanthropist at heart and fiercely passionate about the concept of seeking solution through giving back because she believes somehow this “magically right-sizes my personal daily challenges.”

COA Instagram Lead
Laura was a middle school teacher for 10 years, and a marriage and family therapist intern specializing in adolescents and parenting issues for 6 years. She also worked as the director of education at Newport Academy for 2 years. Laura is the co-founder of a successful 18 and under music promotion page @kids.who.rock on Instagram and Facebook.
Laura’s son Maddox, is a teen guitarist, model, and actor and she manages his social media, music, talent activities, and bookings. (instagram.com/rockstarmadman/). He is also lead guitarist in one of the COA bands, Teenage Noise (www.teenagenoise.com/).
Laura uses her social media skills by taking the lead with weekly posts on the COA Instagram (instagram.com/coa.entertainment/). This includes posts of a photo and a video of different selected COA Performers/Bands. Also, promotion of the performers participating in the upcoming Instagram lives are posted as well as the actual Instagram Live at the conclusion of the 1 hour session.
COA Music Co-Lead
Vera Jacobs is Mom to Sophie @thesophiechannel and Tommy Jacobs @the.tommy.channel : songwriters, guitarists, bassists, keyboardists, and vocalists in band-Infinity. Her Instagram @Ancora.Imparo.Sempre which is derived from Michelangelo proclaiming “Still I am learning” at the young age of 87 years. After a career in business, Vera focused on family and raising her kids. When the PTA of her kids’ elementary school asked her to run a K-1 school play she nervously agreed and spent months researching and learning for this exciting and challenging project. From then on, in her very late 30’s, Vera found a new “career,” and spent years as a volunteer directing and producing school plays, musicals, and talent shows. Working with young people and helping them grow and become the best that they can be brings joy and meaning to Vera’s life. Nothing is impossible and it’s never too late to learn something new and inspiring! Vera is married to Lee Jacobs, a partner in their business and in volunteering for the community. They are both grateful to everyone at Community Outreach Alliance, for the opportunity to contribute to COA’s important work of creating a positive environment for children and young adults.
COA Music Co-Lead
Lisa Parker-Meredith aka LP is a loving wife and mother of three residing in the City of Mission Viejo, CA. She graduated college first in Business & Marketing and later on in TV & Film Production. Lisa has spent the past 30 years of her life actively within the music and entertainment industry, first as a musician herself, which included many years of playing live shows, recording original music and extensively touring and performing across the US, Europe and the UK (www.foxybandusa.com), then for the past 10 years, she’s worked in the entertainment industry in commercial, television and film production, launching her own local production company, (www.readysteadygoproductions.com). Lisa’s 15 year old boy/girl twins, have been performing for years in their band, Teenage Noise, (https://www.teenagenoise.com/). Lisa is excited to be volunteering with COA Entertainment and Community Outreach Alliance in supporting their drive and efforts of giving back to our community from within by providing so many invaluable outreach services to teens.
SYDNEY NOELLE COA Intern –
Instagram Live/Events Host
Sydney Noelle began singing in 2008 and is a singer/songwriter who currently attends Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) in the Popular Music Conservatory. She has been performing for COA at many local events including San Clemente’s Putting on the Glitz, Carnival Colossal & The Noble Path Foundations’ High 5ive 4 Fitness. December 2020, she was the Host at the COA’s Holiday Music event held at The Outlets at San Clemente. Since April 2020, she’s been COA’s Host for their monthly virtual Instagram Live Nights. Sydney Noelle is working on new music that will be released later this year. Stay tuned!

LEE JACOBS – COA Music Sound Lead
Lee Jacobs is Managing Partner of Manage IT Networks, Inc., a company that designs and manages computer systems for businesses. Lee has over 30 years in the IT industry. But his first experience managing Sound and Lights was trial by fire when he volunteered to step in and help a musical at his children’s elementary school. Since then Lee provided Sound and Lights design and management for numerous school musicals, talent shows, and rock concerts.
Lee is Dad to Sophie (14) and Tommy (12), songwriters and members of the band-Infinity. While his kids were growing up Lee has learned several instruments in order to encourage and complement their music interests. Most recently Lee learned to play drums to continue the band experience during the 2020 lockdown. In 2019 Lee backed his practical skills by earning a Certificate in Audio Engineering from The Musician’s Institute College of Contemporary Music in Hollywood, CA.
