What is COA Community Outreach Alliance?
For over a decade, COA has been on a mission to create lasting change in San Clemente and surrounding communities. With initiatives like their Walk-Up Food Distributions, which help feed over 1,400 people each month, COA is making a direct impact on families, seniors, and individuals facing hardship. The organization is 100% volunteer-driven, and it’s supported entirely by donations and local grants.
