MOLLY FLORES

Edgar and Molly Flores live in San Clemente, CA, where they have been happily married for nearly 30 years. Edgar runs the family business, which Molly was key in developing for over three decades, and together they remain committed to quality, service, and community.

Their sons, Steven and Daniel, are in college as a senior and a junior. Though they live away, family remains at the center of Edgar and Molly’s lives, and they couldn’t be more proud of them.

The passion for helping others led Molly to become a Case Manager, guiding youth to overcome barriers and self-doubt, create individualized plans, build confidence, gain work experience, and find jobs where they can grow and succeed.

Edgar and Molly also dedicate their time to mentoring youth, fostering animals, volunteering with rescues, and supporting local nonprofits. Molly recently assisted in driving a 40-foot bus with Promise 4 Paws Dog Rescue from San Clemente to Bellevue, Washington, helping transport over 100 animals set to be euthanized into safe homes. Their outreach extends beyond the U.S.—they have built houses in Mexico and support Mexico Red, which provides children with clothes, shoes, school supplies, and other essentials.

The Flores family also hosts international exchange students, giving them the opportunity to experience American culture in a supportive home. They believe that by keeping youth active, healthy, communicating, and connected—with structure, social skills, volunteering, and positive encouragement—young lives can be transformed toward brighter futures.
