Tiffany Congelliere brings over 10 years of experience and a deep understanding of business and marketing to the COA leadership team. Having worked in a variety of industries including non-profit , Tiffany is happy to have found her passion in the mental health sector. She is currently the Manager of Outreach and Marketing at a local treatment facility called Casa Recovery. Tiffany is a strong advocate for mental health wellness and substance abuse prevention and has been a volunteer and supporter of COA since its early years.

Tiffany’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Chapman University in Orange, CA and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from University of Washington. She loves to continue to develop personally and professionally and continues to pursue additional trainings in the field of psychology. In addition to COA, Tiffany also serves as the Chair of the San Diego chapter for the Women’s Association for Addiction Treatment (WAAT).
