My name is Amairani Valle but most of my loved ones call me Ama for short. I developed a yoga practice during my senior year of high school and never looked back. Yoga became an outlet for me that aided in my struggle with depression and taught me how to love, be patient, and accept myself.
I knew that I wanted to share the gift of yoga with others, which led me to pursue certification through YogaWorks. I have always gravitated to adolescents because it hits home for me and so I have found myself teaching to that population. I currently teach yoga at 417-Recovery and love to teach to my friends and family.
I am also a student at Saddleback College pursuing a degree in Human Services and I am excited to see what the future holds for me. When I am not at school or working I enjoy all things nature. Whether it’s camping or hiking you may find me somewhere outdoors.
