COA’s programs offer local youth ages 11-30 indoor and outdoor activities in a drug and alcohol-free environment with the goal of providing guidance and mentoring toward making healthy choices. During weekly activities, we strive to strengthen the relationship between youth and positive mentors while raising self-confidence. It is our firm belief that, when offered opportunities to develop skills and talents in a sober environment, young people will acquire a more positive self-image, stronger work ethic, and a hopeful outlook on their future.
The objective of Community Outreach Alliance consists of various elements within the ultimate goal: providing youth with ways to choose “the otherside”, or rather, to remain drug and alcohol-free. COA has implemented countless local programs and activities through partnerships with like-minded organizations and agencies to achieve that goal of steering the youth of our community away from the dangers of drugs and alcohol.
