COA November 2022 Newsletter
November is the month when we make a special invitation to you to partner with COA Community Outreach Alliance. We know that as the end of the year approaches, many of you are looking for opportunities to partner with those in the community, and we want to invite you to include COA as one of your places to give your donations.
Community Outreach Alliance continues to grow stronger each day and we are excited for what the future holds. We have a strong team of dedicated board members, advisory committee, volunteers and amazing support from the community. We have some big plans for the future to help reach more people and help share community resources.
Through Food Connection, we continue to strive towards our goal of helping to feed and care for more people. We help serve food to hundreds of local families, seniors and military families.
Through our music outreach program, COA Entertainment, many youth and young adults are able to flourish and share their passion of music. Because of our music outreach program we can share about the resources available in the community with those we partner with that have similar goals.
We are also so thankful for all our monthly donors who help us maintain our weekly COA Food Connection and COA Entertainment activities so we can help more people. We need your help to make sure we can continue to help the community. Together we can make a big difference with local families, military, seniors and veterans.
For over six years, Community Outreach Alliance Food Connection has been a valuable food resource and social support for residents at Cotton’s Point . In October, the monthly barbecue in the courtyard and community center was Halloween-themed, filled with costumes, music, bingo, dancing, and delicious food provided by COA volunteers. Thank you to the outstanding COA Volunteer team! We appreciate our continuing EngAGE and Cotton’s Point partnership.
