The benefits of running are vast and endless. Stamina, skill, strength, speed and spirit – – but the greatest of these is spirit. Whether you are new or experienced at this sport, you will enjoy the physical and mental boost that running provides. We will work together on conditioning, runner’s nutrition, proper stretching, building endurance, and technique. You will be surprised and amazed by what your body can do when you combine movement, fresh air, fun and friendship.
This group is designed to benefit runners at all levels, so grab a pair of running shoes and meet us at the entrance of the San Clemente Pier (check calendar for dates) or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested in learning more. We will primarily meet at two locations: San Clemente Beach Trail and the San Clemente High School track. However, we will visit other local trails on occasion and certain local fun-run events.
